                                              Kilbehenny Rural Bus     

Rural Bus is funded by the Department of Transport under the National Development Plan.   We operate routes for towns and towns lands in County Limerick and North Cork, including services from Kilbehenny to Mitchelstown and Galbally, via Anglesboro weekly on Thursdays.   We are delighted that so many of the locals use our service and hope you will continue to do so.   Adult return journey is €5.00    Children €2.50   People with a travel card can avail of this service free of charge.

  Ballyporeen Playground

Two years of hard work by the Ballyporeen Playground Committee is finally paying off.                     Work has now commenced  on the site on Cois Abhainn, Ballyporeen                                                   Cavanagh's of Roscrea have been chosen as the supplier.                                                               The Playground promises to be colourful, hard-wearing and should provide great fun and excitement for our children.                                                                                                                    €30,000 has been raised so far towards this project, and we are very grateful to everyone for the support we have received to date.
